ETHER•REAL STUDIOS is a professional interior design firm based in New York, NY.
Scope of Practice: Our services are limited to interior design, space planning, and aesthetic finishes.
Architectural Disclaimer: In accordance with New York State Law, we are not a licensed architectural or engineering firm. Any project requiring structural modifications, load-bearing wall changes, or filings with the NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) requires the client to contract separately with a licensed Architect or Professional Engineer.
2. Intellectual Property
All designs, 2D and 3D renderings, CAD drawings, photography, and text on this site are the exclusive property of ETHER•REAL STUDIOS.
Limited License: You may view and print portions of this site for personal, non-commercial inspiration.
Prohibition: Any unauthorized reproduction, commercial "scraping," or use of our portfolio images for business gain is strictly prohibited and protected under U.S. Copyright Law.
3. Website Disclaimers
Color Accuracy: Due to screen calibration and New York’s variable natural light, digital colors and textures may vary from physical materials. We recommend physical samples for all final approvals.
No Professional Advice: Information on this site is for informational purposes and does not constitute a design contract or professional consultation until a Letter of Agreement is signed.
4. Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction
To the fullest extent permitted by New York law, ETHER•REAL STUDIOS shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from site use. All legal matters shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of New York County (Manhattan).
